Reading Glasses and Accessories: Since reading glasses is my only business, your complete satisfaction is very important to me. That's why I offer this no-nonsense complete satisfaction guarantee: When you buy reading glasses from me, if you aren't completely and totally satisfied, return the glasses in original condition within thirty days and you'll get a prompt refund (less shipping and handling), no questions asked.

Even if you don't plan to wear your readers for awhile, please test them out when you receive them, as we do need to get them back within the 30 day time frame. The credit card companies limit us on the amount of time in which we can issue refunds, and stock considerations prevent us from exchanging items after 30 days.
  • We don't refund shipping nor provide return labels under normal circumstances
  • Important- for defects or mistakes- please read: We DO provide return shipping & refund shipping if the item is defective and/or we send the wrong item. You must contact us BEFORE you send it back for a return label. We cannot compensate for postage if you incur the cost. Please contact us for a return label, otherwise we cannot reimburse your return postage.
  • Manufacturers defects will show up within 30 days, so this is a fair time frame for determining faulty merchandise.

All items with manufacturers defects are eligible for refund. However, we do not refund items which have been damaged through neglect & unreasonable force by the purchaser. ie- smashed in glove compartment. Bending temples beyond structural integrity. Eaten by dog, etc.

Exchanges: We will refund your money to your credit card then you can re-order. If you'd like, you can enclose your new order in the box.

Re-Stocking fee: Due to the nature of the custom work for premium optical lenses and frames there is a 15% for those products. Otherwise, all of the other product returns will not incur a restocking fee.
