FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
The particular pair of glasses I want
doesn't give me the option to choose a color.
In a few of our eyeglass styles, we can only buy
assorted colors. It is therefore
very difficult to sell these items by color. Most folks don't mind.
However, if you love one color exclusively, you can write a note in the
MESSAGE BOX when you check out. If we cannot honor your request, we
simply will not ship it, and will not charge you for that item.
How can I see if my order has been shipped
yet?
You cannot check your order status online. Feel free
to call us at 1-800-789-6322 or email Help@DebSpecs.com New! You
will be emailed the day your order ships.
There is a coupon area when I check out.
How can I get a coupon or promo code?
We send out coupons, promo codes and specials in our
monthly email newsletter. There is a chance to sign up for
our list when you check out, or you can sign up on the left side of our website, "E-mail Signup".
You will only get our general newsletter
once per month, and we will never, ever share this information with anyone. Your
privacy is our integrity. New! You can also get promo codes
texted to your mobile phone. 100% privacy. Easy to unsubscribe.
How can I cancel an order once it has been
placed?
Because our orders are processed very, very quickly,
we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, because we may not be able
to catch it before it is billed and sent out. However, you can always return it
for a refund once you receive it, as detailed in our
refund policy.
What is your refund/exchange
policy?
Our items are refundable within 30 days. You can find
all the details on our
refund policy page.
How do I know what reading glass strength
to buy?
Ready-to-wear reading glasses are helpful for people
with Presbyopia, which is the normal aging of the lens of the eyes which causes
difficulty reading or seeing details up close. They are not helpful for
astygmatism, seeing distances, or vision loss that differes in each eye. You can
get an idea of what strength you need by printing up our Eye Chart.Remember, however, that
this is not intended to replace an examination by an eye care professional, who can
determine eye health and specific vision needs.
