Disappointing
The ordering and delivery process was satisfactory. The product itself is a disappointment. The device is poorly constructed, the design is cumbersome and does lend itself to ease of operation, the lens needed cleaning upon removal from the packaging, and the effective magnification, listed as 'Two 10x (20x) Lens Pocket Mag. (optical quality)', provides less magnification than my Bausch & Lomb 4X+ 5X= 9X folding pocket magnifier.Affordable but disappointing.
