Not as expected
from DebSpecs: Wrong pair sent. Replacing today. ***Shipping was on time and smooth, but the glasses are not as I expected. The color (ordered tortoise) is almost completely black, and the frames are a different shape than in the picture. They're very rounded at the top with different detailing than shown. I have an average face and they're small on me. The real issue though is that they're not bifocals, which was the reason I bought them in the first place. Very sorry to have to leave this review, I love this site and the service is great, but I was disappointed with this product.

Great lenses, crooked frames
Love the lenses (I'm a choral director and need to see music on a stand while also being able to see my choirs clearly) but the frames are tight and crooked. They resist being bent into place and, although inexpensive, I don't really want to find out how far I can bend them before they break.

UNIQUE FIND
We have been ordering from Deb's for almost three years. I searched everywhere in the retail world for bifocals which were clear and powerless in the top, and with a magnification on the bottom only. After 50 years of wearing glasses almost 24/7 my husband insisted that this product existed and that he would find it. Well, I did, after hours of searching both in retail stores and on line. He loves them, and they look great on him. Customer service is unbelievable, shipping is fast, product is very good quality, and my husband is happy. Thank you, Deb.

Bifocal reading glasses
First I was very impressed with the customer service because I had ordered these frames without realizing that they would be coming from NY and then Sandy hit and I thought this order would take awhile to get to me but to my surprise you all shipped them even tho you said you were without power and you set up another location, very impressive! I'm very happy with my glasses. Thanks for putting out the extra effort and hope you all are doing well. God Bless
