Orders placed before 3pm EST will ship same day. You will be contacted asap for any delays. Orders after 3pm EST ship the next business day. Please note that we do not ship Saturdays and Sundays. If you order late on Friday, the next business day will be Monday.(Unless this is a holiday)

Please note that a few items (all are marked as so) are CUSTOM ordered, and cannot leave our premises for a few days. This includes all Hemingway line glasses, Melissa glasses, some custom ordered Pizzazz, and a few more $59.95 designer frames. If the pair you want is custom ordered, it will say so in the description.

Express orders (US POST OFFICE) placed after 4:00pm Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day. (Please keep in mind that do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.) The USPS guarantees delivery of 1 day, or 1-1/2 days for rural areas.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED on Express Mail!! You can waive the signature on an Express package, ie- write on your order form to "leave at front door", however the Post Office no longer insures delivery. We cannot reimburse unsigned Express packages.

Does NOT include customs or duties. Most of our shipments are not taxed, however, you may be responsible for your country's taxes. This is beyond our control. Occasionally, customs DOES make mistakes. If you feel your are being charged unfairly, please don't pay, and file a complaint with your customs collectors. (Usually the post office) Ie- Don't pay more taxes than your whole order cost you! Assume a mistake was made. There is very little we can do once you pay unfair customs fees due to customs office errors.
