Very effective as described
This is a very effective, very helpful aid to looking at something up close! The loupe is, as pictured, permanently affixed to the right eye positioning and is, itself, not adjustable (as I had mistakenly thought -- I needed the loupe to be for my left eye...). The wonderful bright light is adjustable to point at the object(s) you need to see -- the light is bright, focused, and very effective.
Because we generally need to use this for brief moments, comfort is not an issue.
This is just as it is described.
