Affordability and Excellent Customer Care
My personal rating for Debspecs.com is 98 out of a 100, this rating is based solely on my personal experience with the company. Firstly, the company has a unique way of reassuring its customers and prospective that total customer services satisfaction is their number one priority. Secondly, they have proven consistently that they are the best source for affordable and quality eyewear and accessories. The company reputation as the best among its competitors was put to the test when I ordered several sunglasses through the website, however due to an over on the order filler part, one of the cases was the wrong color and the other had a crack. I immediately contacted the company via email about my order. Within 24 hours, Debby Burk President of Debspecs.com sent me this personal email. “Sorry about that! I am sending you TWO black cases. Keep the cracked one AND the BROWN ones as gifts from us.” I will gladly Debspecs.com to my clients
