Working hours in front of a computer screen, an iPad, or any mobile device can be harsh on your eyes. Because I work with colleagues in helping integrate technology into their content, I spend hours researching, trouble-shooting, and analyzing various technology tools, software, and apps to determine which are most appropriate and effective for use in the classroom. Many evenings, my eyes are sore and feel strained. 
This week, I tried the melanin glass computer glasses - I absolutely love them. The strain that once was a pain I  took for granted, is gone. The headache that often accompanies eye strain is also non-existent. If you spend long hours in front of a computer or mobile device, I recommend trying these computer glasses. Your eyes will invariably feel the difference.
