nose hurts
Nice glasses. Simple. Unfortuantely the nose bridge part is actually more uncomfortable than some original 19th century glasses I have own.

I bought the Franklyn style glasses for a different reason---not as reading glasses, but to go with my Santa Claus outfit. They are great for that purpose and I would recommend them to other Santas. Moreover, they are well made, comfortable, and good looking. I have been searching for a suitable pair of Santa glasses that I could use for reading for some time. These are excellent and at a reasonable price. Plus, the service was courteous and shipping rapid. Thanks. W. Sheehan

BEN FRANKLIN OPTICAL FRAME 2.75 READERS
I was very excited about these glasses, because it's hard to find 2.75 strength. However, they are too big for me and slide all over the place. Perhaps they are only really meant for men? I suppose they are better than nothing, but I would always hold them as a reserve pair, they would never be my first choice. I see you've lowered the price, so perhaps I'm not the only person disappointed with them.

Comfortable
I actually wear a 2.0 to see distance. I wear these glasses all day, except for reading. They are super-comfortable.

Ben Franklin reading glasses
Great reading glasses, light weight, no annoying nose pads, stylish. A great buy, something I am very happy with.
